I started designing jewelry about seven years ago. While designing jewelry many times I could not find in stores the beads I wanted to use. Four years ago I took my first lampwork bead class. For the last three and a half years I have been creating soft glass beads and have now branched out to include boro glass this past January. I am forever expanding my line. I enjoy working with customers to custom design a piece for them.

"I am NOT a factory but an ARTISAN that is HANDCRAFTING items for the digital world."

MY PHILOSOPHY: My items are lovingly HANDCRAFTED in my studio. I design and handcraft all my pieces. I use other artisans' handcrafted work as often as possible to support their craft, for the durability and uniqueness of their pieces. All my items are ALL One of a Kind (OOAK). I make NO TWO items exactly the same.

I strive every day to create unique pieces that will bring joy not only into my life but others as well. I treat my customers as friends, with the utmost respect and care. I am continuously striving to provide a better finished product, working outside of my comfort zone and making something I would always myself be honored to wear.

Laura Sheppard-Andersen

I design and handcraft all kinds of rosaries and chaplets. I also design and handcraft jewelry. I started making rosaries over 29 years ago, and branched out into jewelry not long after. Over the years I found that I enjoyed working with wire and metal, and finding the most unique beads and stones to use in both. I work in sterling silver, gold filled, copper, and other metals, as well as semi-precious stones and beads as well as glass beads. I am constantly working on upgrading my skills and learning new techniques. My late husband was an artist and taught me a lot about design which I try to use in all my work.

Bridgette Luna Antonelli is a mixed media artist residing in Brea, California. Her life-long-interests in natural materials and jewelry design resulted in the founding, in 2000, of her company, Bella Luna Arts. Since its inception, the jewelry of Bella Luna Arts has reflected Bridgette's connection to the colors and shapes present in nature. Most recently, her exploration of the uses of miniature gourds resulted in a series of gourd dolls, vessels and pendants. Sometimes edgy, always whimsical, Bella Luna Arts' "Milagra Gourd Ladies" have been featured on HGTV's Carol Duvall Show and in the magazine of wearable art, Belle Armoire Jewelry. She currently sells her one-of-a-kind creations at private shows, boutiques and Etsy. For more information please check out her blog at bellulunaarts.blogspot.com
